The cargo manifest for JF1 would consist of the following pages:
You must ensure that your personnel prepare a cargo manifest for all cargo export
shipments.
They must prepare it based on the information taken from DD Form
1384. A TCMD must accompany each load or shipment to your POE, regardless of the
transportation mode (truck, rail, and so forth). This TCMD is the basic MILSTAMP
document; it provides the data necessary to manage the shipment throughout the
transportation cycle.
Cargo manifests are sheets bound together in a pack. They have bound edges that
are perforated for ease in separation.
The ocean cargo manifest basically
contains two parts: the top part is referred to as the head or header data, and
the bottom as the body or body data (see Figure 3-1).
