6 - The Vessel Name should be entered here. This is a 17-character code.

Ensure that the name of the vessel is abbreviated if it contains more
than 17 characters. This data must also be entered on the TCMD once
it has been determined on which ship the cargo will be loaded.
7 - The Status code identifies the type or terms of carriage in the first

position; the second position identifies the terms of responsibility
for loading and discharging (see Appendix A, Section IX).

example, 81 is used; this indicates that the shipper rather than the
