In this lesson, you will learn to review the ocean cargo manifest.

You will be given access to illustrations of DD Form 1385 (Cargo
Manifest), DD Form 1384 (TCMD), and a transportation priority
chart.

INTRODUCTION
The ocean cargo manifest is a detailed listing of all cargo loaded aboard the
ship. The Water Clearance Authority (WCA) will send the manifest to the port of
debarkation, which will plan the unloading of the cargo from the vessel.
The
manifest is prepared either in punch card format or manual format (DD Form 1385).
