The cube measurement of all the pieces should
go here.
When the TCMD functions as a transshipment, ensure that your personnel have
completed blocks 25 through 31 with the correct information:
Block 25a - Tranship Point (1).
This block should list the transship point.
b - Date Rec (Date Received).
This block should list
the date
the
transship point received the shipment.
c - Bay Whse (Bay Warehouse).
This block should list the bay or
warehouse where the shipment was stored awaiting transshipment. For
example, if the shipment was stored in warehouse C, bay 4, then C-4
should be entered here.
d - Date Shpd (Date Shipped).
This block should list the date
the
shipment is withdrawn from storage and transshipped.
e - Mode Carrier. This block should list whether the transportation mode
is motor, water, or air.
f - Flight-Truck-Voy Doc No. (Flight/Truck/Voyage Document Number). The
number of the flight, truck, railcar, or ship voyage should be
entered here.
g - Ref (Reference).
This block should be blank.
h - Stow Loc (Stowage Location).
This block should list the exact
stowage locations of the cargo deck, hold, between deck compartments
or other stowage space (see Section XI).
i - Split (Split Shipment).
This
block
should
be
completed
by
the
transshipping activity.
j - Cond (Condition). This block should contain a coded description of
the cargo at the time of transshipment.
k - Signature-Remarks. If transshipment will occur by truck, the vehicle
operator should sign here, indicating his acceptance of the cargo.
NOTE:
If the cargo goes from the first to the second mode without being stored
anywhere, some of these blocks may be left blank.
