Personnel.
Troops.
Civilians.
Patients.
Prisoners of war.

When determining transportation capabilities, you must evaluate these two

These factors must not only assess the capabilities within the AO but also those
deploying with the Army forces. The final tally should show the carrying
capacity of the mode operations and the reception and clearance capability of the
