A military convoy in CONUS cannot travel on public highways without a
permit.
You must obtain the permission of the state and city
officials over whose roads and streets the convoy will travel.
Obtain separate permission for the toll authority when toll roads,
bridges, and tunnels are under the control of an agency other than a
state or city government.
You must secure convoy clearances from
these agencies through the installation transportation office.
