The movement manager must review the TR for accuracy and completeness

against the movement program to determine if enough transportation equipment is
available to meet both the programmed requirements and this request.

When reviewing the TR for accuracy ensure--

Non-NATO TRs contain the appropriate information concerning the size,
accuracy
weight, and type of cargo.
NATO TRs are prepared in accordance with STANAG 2156.
