Column c - Next check the Transportation Acct Code (TAC) column to ensure that
the entries correspond with those listed on the manifest.
Column d - Check the On Deck column.
All cargo stowed on deck as indicated on
the manifest will have an "X" in this column.
Column e - Check the No. of Units POV/Mail or Other column. This is intended to
note only mail and/or POV units; it should not list any other
commodity.
Column f - Check the column labeled M/T.
The measurement tonnage for each
summarized TAC rounded to the nearest whole number should be entered
here.
Now you must review the bottom of the form.

Check for the OIC's signature, certifying that the articles
listed have been placed aboard the vessel in good condition.
Grade or Rank.
Ensure that the OIC's grade or rank is entered here.
Title.
Ensure that the OIC's title is entered here.
Name and Mailing Address of Preparing Activity. Ensure that the name and
mailing address of the activity preparing the form are entered here.
